Visit to the Park nextdoor

Regular excursions to John McMillan park next door enable children to explore social, physical and gross motor skills. They also participate in cleaning the park thus learning that we need to keep our community clean. The supervision ratio is increased when they go for excursions like these.

Visit to the town library

To encourage early literacy skills and continue with children`s interest in book reading, regularly visits are made to the Vic park library. Every child is given a chance to select a book thus supporting the Agency of the child.

Caring for our garden

Children participate in weeding, watering and maintaining their garden area. They learn what a plant needs in order to grow as well as what are the different parts of the plant. Most importantly, they learn to be gentle to the plants.
